She is very knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and a pleasure to talk to.
I really liked Kelly's comprehensive approach. We didn't just talk about diet; we talked about lifestyle, exercise, stress levels, etc. and how all of these things are interconnected. Kelly made a huge effort to understand what I needed by focusing on my specific concerns and taking a common-sense approach to my diet. She didn't recommend potions or magic bullets and didn't advise following any bizarre or trendy diet. Instead, Kelly gave me practical and realistic advice about things that I could do better. She also backed up all of her recommendations with thoroughly researched analyses (which I loved) and supplemented her advice with recipes; perfect.
Her advice, by the way, was spot on. I feel so lucky to have found her and cannot recommend her services highly enough. It is very rare that I feel like I get my money's worth for a particular product or service today. For the thoughtful care and detailed analysis I got from Kelly, I feel like I should have paid her more. A lot more. She's that good.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the information I came away with after our two visits.
We have found so many new flavors and foods that both my husband and I are enjoying (he is also receiving the benefits from our new eating habits).
